01 — Quote
Offers that look like documents
Build an offer from line items, pick the sending address and the contact, and it lays out as an A4 page you can print. Net only — VAT is the invoice's problem. Once it goes to the client it locks, so a revision is a new offer rather than a quiet edit.
02 — Prep
Their Excel, as it is
Drop in the client's shooting list. Columns are matched by name, so nobody rewrites a sheet to suit the software, and a type the system has never seen is adopted rather than rejected. 300 SKUs in a few seconds.
03 — Shoot
Know what is still missing
Every SKU gets a box per view, based on what it is — a shoe is not a dress. One number tells you how much of the shoot is done, per SKU and across the job, so nobody finds a gap after the samples have gone back.
04 — Deliver and bill
One link, then one invoice
Send a private page of the shoot — password protected by default, no account on their side, and you can see whether they opened it. Then invoice it: VAT per rate, discounts split across the lines so the tax stays right, Skonto terms and your bank details on the page.
Your studio, your crew
Invite people to the studio and put them on the shoots they are working. Collaborators see only their own jobs and never the client list.
Documents that stay true
An invoice keeps a copy of the address, contact and bank details it was issued with. Change them later and the old paperwork does not rewrite itself.
Built for German invoicing
VAT shown per rate, IBANs checked against their checksum before they reach a page, and tiered Skonto — 2 % in 10 days, net 30.
One studio, one price. Not one price per person.
The crew changes every shoot and your invoice should not. Monthly, excluding VAT.

- Do the client and their team need accounts?
- No. A microsite is a link and a password. Clients never sign up, and they do not count towards your members.
- What counts as an active shoot?
- Any project that is not finished or archived. Finish a season and it stops counting — old shoots stay readable for as long as you are a customer.
- What happens when we go over on storage?
- Nothing breaks mid-shoot. You keep uploading and we get in touch about the next tier afterwards.
- Can we pay yearly?
- Yes, two months off. German invoices with VAT, or reverse charge on a valid EU VAT ID.
